Movement is usually considered to be an activity of the body, but could more accurately be seen as the brain visibly expressing itself.
A Body Control Pilates® Matwork Master Teacher and Qigong Practitioner I am passionate about bringing balance to the body through movement. My aim is to help clients reduce tension, improve their posture, function, ease and enjoyment of movement while exploring the mind-body connection.
A body free from nervous tension and fatigue is the ideal shelter provided by nature for housing a well-balanced mind, fully capable of successfully meeting all the complex problems of modern living.
