My aim is to help you become aware of and reduce unnecessary tension, stiffness and strain; by exploring and improving your brain-body connection, biomechanics and movement patterns you will reduce associated pain and discomfort, restore your energy levels, promote optimal health and wellbeing and enhance your enjoyment of being comfortable and relaxed in your own skin.
