As a Pilates and movement teacher I enjoy helping clients understand and value how to move with greater balance, ease and efficiency thereby enabling them to live as fully and freely as possible.
My aim is to help you become aware of and reduce unnecessary tension, stiffness and strain; by exploring and building your mind-body connection, natural function, biomechanics and movement ability you will reduce associated pain and discomfort, improve your energy levels, promote optimal health and wellbeing and enhance your enjoyment of being present and relaxed in your own skin.
