9.00 – 10.00 Qigong
learn and practise a selection of the most effective Qigong exercises for improving your physical and mental health and wellbeing. The exercises will work on improving your cognition, breathing, circulation and immune function; regulating your nervous system, while building strength and balance.
10.15 – 11.15 mat work evolution
suitable for those with some mat-work (pilates or yoga) experience who would like to build on this. This class combines classical mat exercises and variations with contemporary functional exercises to release tension, promote mind-body connection and balance, developing your ability to move and function with greater ease, efficiency and enjoyment.
