pilates foundation @ WOW clinic

suitable if you are new to Pilates or returning after a break and would like to improve your alignment, breathing and centering. The emphasis is on releasing unnecessary tension, building your awareness and body balance and enhancing your ability to move and function with greater ease, efficiency and enjoyment.

integrative pilates @ WOW clinic
this class brings together the precision and focus of traditional Pilates with dynamic functional exercises and the use of the TRX, to provide a challenging, feel good session that will build your physical and mental agility, balance and coordination to leave you feeling relaxed and revitalised.

a fun, uplifting class that utilises the Swiss ball and TRX to challenge and assist. Exercises focus on improving proprioception, balance and postural stability while releasing unnecessary tension.

12.00 – 1.00 healthy backs and beginners
a small group class suitable for those who would like to strengthen their back and relieve chronic back pain. The class will focus on improving postural awareness and alignment, breathing and centering. Also suitable for those who are new to Pilates and would like more attention and support.
