9.30 – 10.30 am – Progressive Pilates – live online class
Suitable for those with some Pilates experience who would like to continue to build on and refine this. This mat based class combines classical mat exercises and variations with contemporary, functional exercises to challenge your mind-body connection and develop your ability to move and function with greater ease, efficiency and enjoyment.
5.00 – 6.00 pm – *NEW* Dynamic Pilates – coming soon
6.00 – 7.00 pm – Dynamic Pilates @ the W.O.W clinic
This class brings together the precision and focus of a traditional Pilates session with dynamic functional exercises to provide a feel good session that will build your physical and mental agility, balance and coordination and leave you feeling relaxed and revitalised, will include the use of the TRX.
Wednesdays @ the W.O.W clinic – Westbourne
9.00 – 10.00 am – Private Group
10.15 – 11.15 am – Progressive Pilates
11.30 – 12.30 am – Pilates Fundamentals
Suitable for those who are new to Pilates or returning after a break and would like to refresh and refine their Alignment, Breathing and Centring. The emphasis is on releasing tension and developing your ability to move and function with greater ease, efficiency and enjoyment.

10.45 – 11.45 am – On the Ball
A fun, uplifting class that utilises the Swiss ball and TRX to challenge and assist you. Exercises focus on improving proprioception, balance and postural stability while releasing unnecessary tension.
